Oracle Database Administrator
Job Summary
Providing technical support to federal clients' systems, the remote Oracle Database Administrator will manage daily sustainment for a Web/Oracle system architecture in AWS, ensuring database performance, compliance, and accessibility.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain database and configuration on servers or cloud environments, ensuring compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Coordinate firewall access and release schedules while resolving system anomalies and preparing software release packages
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and facilitate backups to ensure data accuracy and availability for testing and compliance reviews
Required qualifications
- US Citizen with active Secret Clearance
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of DBA experience (Oracle) and Infrastructure software development
- 1+ years of database management in an AWS Cloud environment (RDS)
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
