Job Summary
To support a range of government clients, the remote/hybrid Oracle DBA will manage Oracle database systems, ensuring their installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization for availability, reliability, and security.
Key responsibilities:
- Install and maintain Oracle database software while managing user access and security
- Monitor and optimize database performance, implementing backup and recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance database performance and accommodate evolving business requirements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
- Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation
- Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
