Job Summary
To implement and enhance Oracle EBS HRMS modules, the remote Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant will configure and support Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams over a 12+ month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for HR, payroll, and time and labor processes, translating them into functional designs
- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and OTL, and maintain organizational structures and payroll elements
- Run and monitor payroll cycles, support testing cycles, and troubleshoot production issues while preparing documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS (R12 or later)
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, including organizations, people, assignments, and absence management
- Solid experience with Oracle Payroll and hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Experience with full-lifecycle implementations or production support
- Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, HR security, and integrations
