Job Summary
Leading the evaluation and implementation of Oracle EBS R12 solutions, the hybrid Oracle EBS R12 Consultant will manage Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle EBS R12 solutions for Order Management and related modules
- Facilitate CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during implementations and communicate progress to leadership
- Analyze business requirements and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making across Customer Service and related functions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle implementations and rollouts
- At least 5 years of experience conducting CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of Order Management and customer service processes
