Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a customer-oriented Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst, the full-time remote position will lead complex projects, evaluate IT developments, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while focusing on Oracle ERP HR modules.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for execution and resource allocation
- Evaluate new IT developments and business requirements to recommend long-term system alternatives
- Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to analyze and document complex business requirements for HR systems
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including hire to retire and payroll
- Proven experience in system design, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using multi-source data analysis
