Job Summary
Supporting a multi-year eCRM transformation, the remote Oracle Fusion CRM Business Analyst will define business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive configuration and implementation activities within an Agile-Iterative framework on the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis sessions and document functional requirements for the CRM system
- Collaborate with IT Shared Services, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure effective system solutions
- Support change management, user documentation, and training for smooth adoption across departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Sales and Service
- Proven ability to gather and document CRM requirements, including contacts and service requests
- Experience working in an Agile-Iterative delivery environment
