Oracle Fusion Finance Lead
Job Summary
Supporting a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation, the contract Oracle Fusion Finance Data Validation & Migration Lead will coordinate finance data validation and migration activities while ensuring business readiness in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate finance-related data validation and migration activities across accounting and business teams
- Perform pre-load and post-load data validation to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness in Oracle Fusion
- Partner with various teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and drive hands-on reconciliations between legacy-source data and Oracle Fusion-loaded data
Required qualifications
- Strong background in financial accounting, controllership, or systems controllership
- Proven experience supporting an ERP implementation or finance transformation initiative
- Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on data validation, data migration, and reconciliation work
- Strong understanding of financial data, controls, accounting processes, and implementation testing
- Experience partnering directly with accounting teams to define required validation activities and obtain business sign-off
