Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a functional expert, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion HCM Support Analyst will manage ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications while collaborating with various HR teams to ensure effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional support resource for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, troubleshooting complex issues and managing service requests
- Collaborate with HR teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, supporting HR reporting and compliance needs
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience supporting Human Capital Management systems
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud support experience
- Strong experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Experience managing production support issues, enhancements, and release activities
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting tools
