Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Job Summary
To support the configuration and optimization of Oracle HCM Absence Management, the contract Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Consultant will analyze and troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with HR and technical teams, and provide ongoing support in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Absence-related configuration and system issues
- Develop, maintain, and support reporting using BI Publisher (BIP) and/or OTBI
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Deep functional experience with Oracle Absence Management
- Working knowledge of Fast Formulas and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot formula logic
- Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and/or OTBI
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
