Leading Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll support operations, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead will manage payroll application support, troubleshoot processing issues, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation while overseeing functional teams and critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Payroll, addressing payroll processing errors and discrepancies
- Support and maintain payroll configuration elements, including Payroll Definitions and Payroll Costing
- Manage critical payroll incidents, perform root cause analysis, and oversee quarterly release assessments
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll production support
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Fast Formula, and Payroll Processing
- Understanding of country-specific payroll rules and compliance requirements
- Experience with data integrations, including HDL and HCM Extracts
- Proven leadership skills in managing payroll incidents and mentoring team members
