Key Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign Candidate Selection Processes, requisition templates, and offer approval workflows for optimization

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of lead experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementations or optimization projects
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security profiles, and CSP configurations
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with clinical hiring and credentialing workflows
- Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills
