Job Summary
To support a healthcare enterprise's HCM/Pay optimization efforts, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion Recruiting Lead will direct the functional review, redesign, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud, focusing on improving candidate conversion and compliance across hiring pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing ORC architecture and redesign Candidate Selection Processes, requisition templates, and automated workflows
- Tailor recruitment flows for high-volume non-clinical and credential-heavy clinical positions
- Optimize career sites, recruiter dashboards, and candidate communications to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Proven lead experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementations or optimization projects
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and CSP configurations
- Healthcare industry experience with clinical hiring requirements and compliance standards
- Experience in Fusion recruiting implementation leadership
- Background in delivering ongoing support or optimization in a healthcare setting
