Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new customers, understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve their problems
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation, building out customer processes from scratch
- Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product independently
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in procurement/sourcing or managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS company
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion implementation or administration, specifically procurement and AP modules
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Ability to push back while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with software configuration
