Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Absence Management Consultant, the full-time contract position will lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management in a 100% remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, ensuring effective implementation and support
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and prepare detailed functional documentation related to Absence Management
- Configure and troubleshoot various absence plans, eligibility rules, and accrual processes, ensuring seamless integration with HR and Payroll systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and multiple end-to-end implementations
- Expertise in configuring Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Fast Formulas related to Absence Management
- Experience gathering requirements from HR/business users and translating them into Oracle HCM configurations
- Proven troubleshooting skills and experience in post-go-live support activities
