Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oracle HCM Absence Management Consultant will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, ensuring effective implementation and post-go-live support
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and analyze existing leave policies for accurate configuration
- Configure various absence-related plans and troubleshoot issues related to accruals, eligibility, and integration with other HCM modules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management
- Experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle Absence Management implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Fast Formula, particularly for absence-related configurations
- Proven ability to translate HR policies into Oracle configurations and provide post-go-live support
