Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oracle HCM Absence Management Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, manage functional activities, and collaborate with HR stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementations
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into effective Oracle HCM configurations
- Perform functional testing, unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management functional consulting experience
- Multiple end-to-end Oracle Absence Management implementations preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fast Formula, especially Absence Management formulas
