Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Oracle HCM Absence Management Consultant will lead the functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, requiring a minimum of 12 years of IT experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, including post-go-live support
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and prepare detailed functional documentation
- Configure various absence-related components, including Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and eligibility rules
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and multiple end-to-end implementations
- Expertise in configuring Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Fast Formulas related to Absence Management
- Proficient in gathering requirements from HR/business users and translating them into Oracle configurations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in post-go-live support
- Ability to independently manage functional requirements, configuration, and testing activities
