Oracle HCM Application Developer
Job Summary
To support U.S.-based clients, the full-time onsite Oracle HCM Application Developer will provide functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, lead implementations, and analyze business processes while collaborating with client stakeholders and offshore teams in Indianapolis, IN.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and lead implementations for U.S.-based clients
- Analyze recruiting business processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle solutions
- Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions while troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and recruiting business processes
- Prior experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for U.S.-based clients
- Experience leading or supporting First Advantage integrations for I-9 and background checks
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
