Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance Learning and Talent Management solutions, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst will serve as a technical expert, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Learning and Talent Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues using SQL and data analysis techniques
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar program with two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong experience with Oracle Learning and Talent Management
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning, Talent Management, and related tools
- Strong SQL troubleshooting and data analysis skills
- Experience managing Oracle Service Requests and working with Oracle Support
