Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage Learning and Talent Management solutions, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and collaboration with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Learning and Talent Management, partnering with stakeholders to implement solutions
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues using SQL and data analysis techniques while managing Oracle Service Requests
- Design and maintain Oracle configurations and reports, leading regression testing efforts for quarterly updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field with two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of experience
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong experience with Oracle Learning and Talent Management
- Hands-on experience with Oracle configurations, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Strong SQL troubleshooting and data analysis skills
- Experience managing Oracle Service Requests and supporting quarterly updates
