Oracle HCM Cloud Architect
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Architect will provide technical leadership, manage integrations, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance workforce technology solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, overseeing architecture, configuration, and ongoing platform optimization
- Lead enterprise learning technology initiatives, including the migration from Taleo Learning to Oracle Learning Cloud and ensuring compliance training access
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and develop enterprise reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least twelve years of related experience, with a strong background in healthcare technology preferred
- Minimum of 8 years in enterprise application or solution architecture, with 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Learning Cloud for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting
