Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant, the full-time remote position will focus on configuring the Oracle Benefits module, managing end-to-end benefits configuration to meet business requirements and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits components including Benefit Plans, Coverage Elements, Eligibility Profiles, Enrollment Rules, and Life Events
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Perform testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required qualifications:
- 7-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits setup: plans, eligibility, enrollment, life events, and notifications
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is a plus
