Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Functional Consultant will lead end-to-end implementation projects, configure absence management modules, and provide ongoing support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment
- Configure and manage Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles while designing accrual rules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business processes into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and troubleshoot complex absence-related issues
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management with multiple end-to-end implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles
- Expertise in configuring accrual rules and developing Oracle HCM Fast Formulas
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR and its impact on absence management
- Experience with functional testing and production support in Oracle HCM Cloud
