Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Functional Consultant will manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration, while providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support
• Configure and manage Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles while designing accrual rules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business processes into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and support functional testing

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management with multiple end-to-end implementations
• In-depth knowledge of Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles
• Expertise in configuring accrual rules and developing Oracle HCM Fast Formulas related to Absence Management
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR and its impact on absence eligibility and accrual calculations
• Experience with functional testing and production support in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
