Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong Fast Formula expertise to design, develop, test, and support technical components across Oracle Cloud HCM in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with clients and functional consultants, mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, compensation, benefits, and other HCM modules
- Develop and support HCM Extracts, HDL data loads, integrations, and reports while troubleshooting formula issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with strong hands-on Fast Formula development
- Proven experience writing formulas for payroll, absence accruals, compensation, and benefits
- Strong knowledge of HCM Extract and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Solid SQL skills for analysis, validation, and reporting
- Experience in client interaction and understanding business requirements
