Job Summary
To support long-term care initiatives, the remote Oracle Health Configuration Specialist will lead CLC and LTC configuration, manage design decisions, and ensure effective integration of workflows across various healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CLC/LTC configuration activities and coordinate design decisions across functional teams
- Manage and prioritize the configuration build backlog based on business requirements and dependencies
- Govern CLC/LTC gap assessment and disposition, documenting identified gaps and validating proposed solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Health configuration and long-term care workflows
- Ability to lead CLC/LTC configuration and resolve cross-functional design decisions
- Understanding of integration requirements across registration, nursing, ancillary services, referrals, and reporting
- Knowledge of CMS RAI MDS and QAPI requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Health Administration, or a related field is preferred
