Oracle ICM Support Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle ICM Support Specialist for a remote contract position, where the specialist will act as a subject matter expert to drive issue resolution, functional configuration, and application enhancements for enterprise operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation applications
- Perform system configurations, root cause analyses, and application remediation
- Partner with cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders to optimize system reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in functional configuration and support of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (ICM)
- 10+ years of functional ERP configuration and application engineering support experience
- Demonstrated strength in complex IT troubleshooting and system incident resolution
