Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle ORMB Administrator, the full-time hybrid position will manage the day-to-day operation, stability, security, and performance of the ORMB environment while collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable billing and revenue operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle ORMB and OUAF environments across development, testing, and production
- Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot ORMB batch jobs and billing cycles, ensuring environments remain stable and operational
- Provide L2 production support, including incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an ORMB Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) administration
- Experience managing development, test, and production ORMB environments
- Experience with application patching, upgrades, deployments, and environment refreshes
- Strong production-support experience, including incident analysis and troubleshooting
