Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, configure the recruiting lifecycle, and provide post-go-live support, all while working 100% remotely during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions and candidate selection processes
- Provide hands-on post-go-live support and troubleshoot ORC production issues and integrations with external systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience with a strong Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant background
- Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) with at least 3 recent end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of Core HR / Global HR and Pending Worker processes
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
