Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, focusing on configuration, support, and collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders during the entire recruiting lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions, candidate selection processes, and hiring handoffs
- Provide hands-on post-go-live support and troubleshoot ORC production issues and integrations with external systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR / Global HR
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Functional understanding of HCM integrations, Fast Formula, and OTBI/BIP reports
- Ability to work directly with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders
