Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, configure the recruiting lifecycle, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, requiring a minimum of 12 years of experience and at least 3 recent implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions, candidate selection processes, and onboarding handoffs
- Provide hands-on post-go-live support and troubleshoot ORC production issues and integrations with external systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Completion of at least 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Core HR and Global HR processes
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
