Job Summary
Leading the implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), the contract-based Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant will work remotely, focusing on end-to-end implementations, functional workshops, and post-go-live support for a duration of 24+ months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions, candidate selection processes, and onboarding
- Develop test scenarios and coordinate defect resolution while providing post-go-live support and troubleshooting ORC integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consulting
- At least 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
- Deep hands-on expertise in Core HR / Global HR and Pending Worker processes
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
