Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote contract Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant will lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations, configure the recruiting lifecycle, and provide post-go-live support while working EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions, candidate applications, and onboarding processes
- Develop test scenarios and troubleshoot ORC production issues after go-live, ensuring smooth integration with external systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a strong Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant background
- Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud with at least 3 recent end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of Core HR/Global HR and Pending Worker processes
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities with strong post-production support experience
