Oracle Time and Labor Consultant
Job Summary
To support the Time & Attendance product team, the temporary Oracle Time and Labor Consultant will configure and optimize Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management systems, ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle OTL rules and absence management across international regions for the Flexible Time Off program
- Translate global operational requirements into technical configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM while troubleshooting issues and analyzing data integrations
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and finance teams to align system capabilities with business goals and meet strict go-live deadlines
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional and technical configuration experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Oracle Absence Management
- Experience supporting multi-country or global workforce management implementations
- Strong expertise in configuring complex time-entry rules and troubleshooting system configurations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
