Order Confirmation Manager

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the full-time remote Manager, Order Confirmation will oversee the daily operations of the Order Confirmation function, including managing Team Leads and outsourced partner teams, while driving process consistency and quality across workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee assignment prioritization and resource allocation for the Order Confirmation function
• Conduct high-level reviews of order confirmation trends and collaborate with departments to resolve issues
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Team Leads across various Order Confirmation teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related operations
• Working knowledge of order confirmation and revenue cycle workflows within a DME/HME or healthcare operations environment
• Experience managing or partnering with outsourced/BPO teams preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems/tools
