Order Data Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Physical Fulfillment team's data management goals, the full-time remote Order Data Integrity Analyst will manage process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and act as a liaison to drive data and process changes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify challenges and develop solutions to enhance order fulfillment processes and data integrity
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards while mitigating data risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system capabilities

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tool sets
• Experience managing large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and data management principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and build effective relationships across teams
