Order Entry Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Order Entry Analyst will manage order entry, review and approve invoices in Salesforce, and handle customer refunds and chargebacks while serving as the primary point of contact for invoiced customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and approve orders for invoiced accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and reconciliation
• Generate invoices and perform cash application for accounts receivable payments
• Evaluate and process customer refund requests and disputes in compliance with company policy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills
