Order Fulfillment Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the Order Fulfillment Team, the full-time Order Fulfillment Associate will process routine requests related to scheduling, shipping, and invoicing while working remotely in the contiguous United States.
Key responsibilities
- Claim and resolve standard cases from the Order Fulfillment queue within service level agreements (SLA)
- Manage routine line-item requests, including scheduling, shipping, and invoicing
- Communicate directly with requesters and clients until cases are fully resolved
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project support, sales support, customer service, or a related client operations role
- Proficiency in Salesforce Cases/Queues and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver superior customer service
- Sound judgment on when to escalate issues versus resolving them independently
- Ability to adapt to varying workload volumes and collaborate effectively with team members
