Job Summary
To ensure smooth backend operations for a high-volume DTC brand portfolio, the full-time Order Fulfillment Executive will monitor, track, and resolve unfulfilled and delayed orders remotely, collaborating with customer support, logistics, and fulfillment partners across Malaysia and the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring fulfillment and delivery status of active orders to ensure timely shipments
- Proactively tracking unfulfilled orders, particularly those pending for 30-180 days, and driving resolutions
- Coordinating with 3PL and fulfillment partners to provide updates and resolve order issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, customer support operations, or logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track discrepancies accurately
- Reliable follow-up skills, ensuring cases are resolved without reminders
- Comfortable working with trackers, spreadsheets, and backend systems
- Able to work independently and manage a queue of open issues effectively
