Order Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end order fulfillment process, the full-time remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage order flow from pharmacy receipt to patient delivery, drive down exception queues, and implement scalable workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire order flow process, ensuring timely delivery to patients
- Diagnose and address root causes of order exceptions across various operational areas
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop automated solutions for order management and exception handling
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations with a focus on end-to-end process design
- Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively
- Experience in collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to create tooling requirements
- Strong cross-functional influence and ability to drive accountability across teams
