Order Management Specialist
Job Summary
Managing daily order fulfillment across multiple channels, the contracted-to-full-time Order Management & Fulfillment Lead will oversee SLA adherence, invoice audits, and exception management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily order fulfillment across Shopify, Amazon FBA, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketplace channels, ensuring timely delivery and SLA compliance
- Manage order exceptions and coordinate with customer experience teams to resolve fulfillment delays and improve processes
- Oversee 3PL invoice reconciliation and dispute management, tracking discrepancies and ensuring resolution
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience with order management systems and fulfillment workflows, including reverse logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer and omnichannel fashion brand is a plus
- Structured and analytical decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and peak season demands
