Job Summary
To support order fulfillment, the full-time remote Order Management Systems Engineer will manage daily production support for Manhattan order management platforms, troubleshoot complex order issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Key responsibilities:
- Own daily production support for Manhattan Active Omni and related systems, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Investigate and troubleshoot order failures across systems to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and other teams to resolve order management issues effectively
Required qualifications:
- Experience with Manhattan order management systems, particularly Manhattan Active Omni
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and understanding of order-related financial and inventory processes
- Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex order issues
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and provide support during peak periods
- Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks
