Order Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day order flow, the full-time Specialist, Order Operations will oversee operational support activities across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the open order queue, identifying and resolving stalled or at-risk orders
• Execute the Amazon DC order process, including PO acknowledgment and shipment routing, while ensuring compliance with delivery window requirements
• Track carrier performance and coordinate with logistics providers to resolve any shipment issues promptly

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in order management or e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central preferred
• Working knowledge of Amazon order operations, including PO acknowledgment and ASN submission
• Familiarity with EDI transaction processes and the ability to resolve common order transmission errors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of open orders simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus
