Order Processing Project Manager

Job Summary

Proactively managing rejected orders, the full-time Order Processing Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination among Sales, Deal Management, and Solution Engineers to drive order resolution and streamline processes while working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage each order from submission to the pipeline stage, ensuring timely resolution of rejected or stalled orders
• Investigate order issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
• Lead initiatives to minimize order cycle times and enhance operational efficiency across order management processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, plus a minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Strong background in order management, project coordination, or sales operations
• Experience with Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and drive cross-functional problem resolution
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on workflow efficiencies
