Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting tax professionals in a full-time seasonal capacity, the Order Processing Specialist will assist customers with order placements, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure a smooth order process while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to assist customers with order placements and inquiries regarding products and services
• Troubleshoot account issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
• Maintain customer information in the order processing system and follow up proactively on order confirmations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role in a customer-facing capacity
• Experience using CRM or order management software, with preference for Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
