Order Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Sales organization, the full-time remote Order Specialist will manage the creation and processing of sales opportunities and service orders, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage sales opportunities and service orders within established Service Level Agreements
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies prior to submission
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes and seamless handoff to implementation teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
• Minimum of three years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience
• Minimum of two years of telecommunications industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Experience with Salesforce
