Job Summary
To provide flexible telehealth rehabilitation services, the PRN Oregon and Washington Licensed Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations and treatment sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Active PT license in Oregon required
- Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana preferred
- Multi-state licensure strongly preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
