Oregon Health Plan Director
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational insights, the full-time Oregon Health Plan Director will collaborate with senior leadership to drive key initiatives and growth plans while managing special projects and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure project updates are communicated effectively during meetings
- Act as a liaison for the President, representing plans and actions to market teams and corporate departments
- Oversee the development of internal and external meeting materials and lead planning for Business Review presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Health Care Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development
- Prior health plan experience, particularly with Oregon Medicaid, is highly preferred
