Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of restaurant clients, the full-time Oregon Licensed Account Manager will optimize accounts, enhance menu pages, and drive growth while working remotely from the Portland area.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, ensuring effective communication and support
- Assist restaurants in attracting new diners and increasing order volume through account optimization
- Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and identify improvement areas
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience along with a High School degree/GED
- 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience, preferably with restaurant owners
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google products; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Native-level fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to proactively find solutions and meet/exceed sales goals
