Oregon Licensed Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support timely billing and collections for skilled nursing services, the full-time Oregon Licensed Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage payments from insurance carriers and agencies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections for services provided
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers and agencies regarding reimbursement
• Focus on compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and insurance contracts

Required qualifications:

• 2 or more years of recent experience in a healthcare environment with a focus on reimbursement and collections
• Knowledge of insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Completion of college-level courses in medical front office or medical billing is preferred
• Experience with EPIC software is a plus
